Is she have the chance to go Japan for work? She was born in 1990

Hi, this is me again Chabbey. I'd like to know if my friend born October 28,1990 is she would have the chance to go abroad probably in Japan also. She like to know if she can go to japan for work.
Are we going together in japan?

To be honest, it is hard to tell this problem according to Chinese astrology.
The Chinese astrology can just tell that this year is a changeable year. If you insist on certain thing, it can come true in the end. So if you really want to go abroad, you may try your best to make that dream come true.
