About:Shopping in Taiwan

Where in Taipei do I find ladies fashion accessories wholesale market?

Accessories like hair ornaments, jewellery, wrist watches etc. Any market for sale of genuine fresh water or sea pearls like the hongqiao (pearl) market in Beijing?

I only know such kind of market selling ladies fashion accessories, but I am not very clear about whether you can buy things in wholesale from that market.
That market is called Woman Street in Siping Street.
For market selling sea pearls, I am not very clear about it.
