Shipping to beijing

Hi all , i want to ship a laptop pc from Ohio to Beijing. It's a used laptop. Is there any import duty in this case?
or is there any duty on shipping a new laptop in packing?

I'm afraid yes. You need to pay some tax or duty for posting the laptop.
