May I know how long is the duration from Shangri-La to Li Jiang?

And from Li Jiang to Kunming how long is the duration. Which transport you recommend?

The bus journey takes around 4 hours to Lijiang and usually the bus is the best transport.
To Kunming, the bus journey takes around 12 hours. If you think it is so long, you can choose to take a flight to reach there and the flight take around an hour.
