my birthday is Feb. 10 1979. This year so far has been tough in career and relationship area.

I'm seeing someone with whom I want marriage. Will I ever be married? Also is there a career change for me soon?

Well, to be frank, your fortune for career would be much better than for lovelife. Therefore, it is suggested to focus on career and you will gain more. As you say you wanna have a career change, just do it! However, marriage may not fall upon this year. Next year can be better.
