Or which is the best transport from the mountain to chaozhou???   when is the best season to visit that mountain?

There is no direct flight between the two places. You can fly to Shanghai and then fly to HS.The mountain is worth seeing all the year around. I think the autumn is the best time to visit the mountain and you can go there the late Sep. to early Oct.
