About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

I'm a female rooster - water. . and the guy I'm seeing is a Sheep - metal. Will this work?

I know it says it's hard work for rooster and sheep to have a relationship but being water and metal does that make any difference? It's been great so far between us.
