About:Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport

We arrive Hangzhou Airport at 11pm, is there still have shuttle bus (what number) to Huachen Hotel, at Shangcheng?

Yes, there are still airport shuttle buses to reach the city downtown area.
You can take it to reach its terminal at Wulin Square and then take a taxi to reach your hotel directly.
