Our flight arrives HK at midnight. What is the best and cheapest transport possible? Our hotel is located in Central Hong Kong.

As for your case, I suggest you take airport shuttle bus no. N11 to HSBC Main Building, Des Voeux Road Central. Then you can take a taxi or walk to your hotel.
