Buy a ticket online and how to get it

Hello there, i want to purchase a train ticket online via my Industrial and Commercial Bank of China account ( i don't have a credit/debit card) from shanghai to Beijing, can i do so? and how am i suppose to get my ticket if i am not a citizen of china( i happen to open Chinese bank account cos of its branch in my country) .
