I want to marry a beautiful Chinese woman. She is from Jaixing Zhejiang.  May i travel there to marry her at the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai.

Hi, you can apply for a Chinese tourist L to Jiaxing for this purpose. You can register your marriage at her local Civil Affairs office. In order to get an Affidavit of Eligibility to Marry, you are required to appear in person at the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai.  You will need to make an appointment for this.
