You can download physical examination form from embassy's website or this site and finish all tests as required. Admission letter and JW201/JW202 form are required for application.
BTW, students are not allowed to work on a student X.

Do you mean from any hospital the test could be taken or it should be from some government or Indian State Hospital? What does it mean by Indian State Hospital?
I have a blood test laboratory near my house ,I was thinking if I could get the test done there. Its a normal lab not a big hospital where blood test are taken.

The hospital should be the one appointed by the Chinese embassy or consulate, so, you can contact the embassy directly for the list of hospitals.

I don't think so. You can do this earlier than application. The medical check is valid for 6 months for application.

You are allowed to bring cash of no more than US$5,000, or RMB20,000. You can use Master or visa card here but you can also open an account if you need. However, banks in China do not accept Rupees in exchange for Yuan, so you are suggested to exchange Yuan or dollars in India before coming.
