How did the Shang dynasty fall?

I'm doing a social studies project and i need this info by 7:30 tuesday june 4 2013 thanks

The last emperor of the dynasty - Zhou Wang, had a corrupted and tyranny rule. His court ministers and people were not satisfied with his actions. As a result, people rose up to overthrow it.
