expiration and stay

One person in our group has a PRC VISA which is due to expire on Novenber 8, 2013. Question: Upon entering China on or before, November 8, what are the legal impliations of staying there until November 13 (after expiration)?

Hi, please read the visa carefully, "Duration of Stay Each Entry" is the time allowed to stay after entry. Generally, it is issued with 30 days as duration, so it is ok to stay until November 13.
