how much to pay is to enter shuhe? what is meant by RMB 80 protection fare?

The entrance fee is 50RMB now and tourists still need to pay the protection fee besides the entrance.
The local goverment will use some money to keep the old town in good condition, so the prepection fare is part of that money.0
