Walk to Wong Tai Sin MTR Station to take Kwun Tong Line to Yau Ma Tei, where you need to transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. Then walk to Garden Road to take the peak tram to your destination directly.1

You can take the peak tram down to Garden Road, Central. Then walk to Cotton Tree Drive, Bus Bay Opposite Murray Building to take bus no. 1A or 2 to No.18 Ice House Street Station, from which you can walk to Lan Kwai Fong.0
