About:Year of the Rooster

I'm a Rooster (DOB 3/26/57)

I want to take up a course in teaching english to speakers of other languages, will I be successsful in getting funding for the course?Money is so tight just now. Thank you.

Yes, you are right. Your wealth fortune this year is not that good. However, just be kind to anyone around and you may get a favor from one of them.
