what does this shipping status mean?

i have the tracking number RA529668571CN but when i try to track it, it says null at pvg, i dont know what this is, can someone plz help me with this, i had this come up before then the null and pvg line went away for a few days, now it is back again.

It has been checked by Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) customs on May 26. By now, your parcel may has been delivered overseas.
