Pick up the ticket at the railway station

We arrive Beijing on Diamond Princess cruise ship on 7th October 2013 then transfer via car to Beijing South Railway Station to catch Bullet train (G13) to Shanghai ( Business class for 2). We know this is a very busy travel day in China, so can we book and pay for tickets now and then pick up tickets ( with identification) , at Beijing South Railway station .
If not how can we book these tickets and receive them as we are travelling on the cruise ship from Anchorage Alaska on 21 September . We would value your advice and sduggestions.
