Medical Insurance issue

As I'm going there as a X type, I'll be buying the insurance once I reach there(that's what university told me)...but in the application form, there's a question saying "Do you have medical insurance covering your visit in China? If yes, fill out the name of the medical insurance company and your account number." Does that mean I should write NO at the moment?

Also, to the question about longest intended stay, Is it okay if I write any of these: 365 days or 30 days?

I think you should say "No" since you haven't bought the insurance. Yes, you can write 365 days.
