Aside from taking the taxi, what's the best and easiest way for me to go to Horizon Plaza in Ap Lei Chau and Prada Outlet store from Gateway Marco Polo hotel?

You need to transfer, because there is no direct bus between.From your hotel, you can walk to reach Silvercord, Canton Road to take bus 973 to reach Yue Fai Road, Aberdeen Main Road. Then you can change to bus 95 to reach Horizon Plaza, Lee Nam Road directly.
