For better relationship and marriage..

Hi, I am a female Rooster (born 27 November 1981) and I'm dating is a male Snake (18 August 1977). Do you foresee a fruitful relationship for us both and is marriage possible, as he does not want to get married but adores me..!? What advice do have for us to make our relationship better?
