About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

French hair dryer? Chinese adaptability?

So when I was in France for extended stay, I bought European hairdryer and electric curlers that worked in the outlets in most of Europe. Will those same devices be ok without an adaptor or converter in China?

You may need to buy a plug converter. The plugs are different in the two countries.

Apart from the possible need of a plug converter, these appliances will work without problem.
