will it be a good year for me to buy a new house? dob 16/05/1950

sadly my mother died this year in feb she was 91years old,i miss her something terrible,we lived together,but i now have to sell our beloved house,because it is much too big for one person,i want to move to sussex from kent uk,i was born in kent, but it has changed so much,i want to go to another country really but cannot afford to. is it a good year to move?i have to be strong and leave the past behind
