i am planning to visit tianjin between 17th june to 10th august with my mother .would there be any problem with heavy rainfall ?

i am visiting for my mothers treatment for parallysis in TCM hospital.please advice .

The sunny day would be the majority in June and early July. From mid July, it may rain frequently, heavy rain or thunderstorm. In early Aug. it will become fine.
