May I take a colorguard rifle to China?

I have a color guard rifle (basically, it's not a real gun, fake, plastered with tape and doesn't even have a trigger), do you think it would be okay to put it on a checked baggage travelling from the United States? It doesn't do anything. I just have to practice and spin it.

It is a little hard to tell. Actually, you have to show that to China customs for check. If they assume it is a toy or fake trifle as you siad, you can take in; if it is considered a real gun, they will confiscate it and surely you cannot take in.
