About:Chinese Embassy in Bahrain

I would like to apply for China visa for period of 14-days.

I am a US citizen living and working in Bahrain. I have valid US passport and would intend submitting Application and Supplemental Form. Is there any additional information I require with my application?

You also need to provide one photocopy of work/residence visa and one photocopy of CPR.
Other documents required are one recent passport photo, the original passport and one photocopy of passport data page, print out of round-trip ticket and hotel reservations.
