tourist l for russian passport holder in bali

Hello, I am a Russian passport holder with a 1 year Social Visit Visa for Indonesia. I plan to make a short holiday to China. Currently I am staying in Bali.Can I apply for it in Indonesia?What documents are required ?Is there any recommended travel agents I can use in Bali ?

Hi, you need to apply from CVASC in Surabaya.Location：Jl Pakis Argosari F-24, Surabaya 60225You can entrust anyone else for application if you do not want to visit the center in person. Sorry, I have no idea about any agency in Bali. Documents needed are your original passport, application forms, photo, the printout of online booking of round-trip ticket and hotel reservation.
