Solomon Islanders requirement for transit visa for 3hours?

I am from Solomon Islands - got an itinerary to travel from Phmon Phenh- Guangzhou, Baiyun Intl. Arriving 1825hr and departing from Brisbane on 2115hr - would Solomon Islands nationals require to apply for a transit visa for the approx. 3hours? If so, how do I go about applying for it? any costs? thank you

Visa is not required if you will not leave the airport during this stopover.
