About:Western Zhou Dynasty

Were there people working on the Great Wall in the Zhou dynasty?

If so what are some of the things that happened around then?

Maybe. I just know that know that the earliest Great Wall was constructed in the Spring and Autumn Period which was a period of Eastern Zhou Dynasty. Therefore, people then may work to build that and safeguarded their country.
