About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

I'm an Italian Citizen, living in Paraguay. Can I apply for a Visa In Sao Paulo, Brazil?

Hello. I want to visit Beijing as a tourist. Paraguay doesn't have a PRC Embassy o Consulate. Can I apply for it in Sao Paulo, Brazil?. Thank you in advance.
