Trekking in Tibet.

How to get china visa and how to go there for trekking purpose. i need all details so i can make a strong decision fror my trip.

I am afraid that it isn't easy for you. Individual tourists are not allowed to travel there. You need to apply for a L type one and apply for the Tibet Travel Permit through a travel agency and then join a group tour to reach there.
