About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

my husband will apply for a working visa, it's ok for me & my baby to just apply with tourist visa

me and my baby don't plan to stay in China with him for now so we just want to apply for a L type one. is that okay out it will affect his application?

No problem. You can apply for L type for you and your baby. And this won't cause a problem for him.
