About:China Postal Service

A purchease i made on eBay from china to israel #RB469261015CN

Package went to shanghai (PVG), on to Frankfurt (FRA) in Germany, then returned to china?! and "bounced?" back to Germany.
now, while all this happens in one week, it's been three weeks and it's still in Germany.
Can you determine why all other stops list airports twice in a row (arrives and leaves i guess?) while the bounce between Shanghai and Germany only show a single transaction?
what does this mean?
And how does it get to Germany so quickly and back to china quickly to, but remains unchanged for so long now?
Is it coming by boat to Israel hence it's taking such a long time?
Would the mail services in Germany know anything or is it china-post related only?

It is so weird that the info for your package is not updated since May 6, when it was at Frankfurt.
