Best way to reach jian guo hotel from pudong airport. Can I take a train?

Yes, you can use the local subway trains.
You can take the subway line 2 to reach People's Square Station where you can change to line 1 to reach Xujiahui Station. Get out of the station from Exit 2, you can see your hotel easily.
