About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

What could one do if Tourist visa to HK is not approved ?

will be sending a letter to the embassy requesting for the reason behind not approving be alright? and also should one apply again and go through all the formalities , like submitting all the documents , application forms etc again?? is it also possible to send the documents directly to the HK immigration department?

If you were refused by the Chinese embassy in your country, you may try to apply from the HK Immigration Department directly. It's difficult to say whether you will get a new one successfully. Besides, it is useless to write a letter to the embassy to ask for the reason for being refused. They won't give you an answer.
