I'm afraid no direct bus can take you to travel between. Walk from East Bus Station to Minhang Lukou bus stop (South Huancheng Road) to take bus no. 75 to Danxia Lukou Station (Xiyuan Road). Then transfe to bus no. K10 to West Bus Station bus stop.
Actually, it is a little further than 10km between, so you can take a taxi to travel.0
