Walk to Mong Kok MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King, where transfer to Tung CHung Line to Tung CHung Station. Then walk seveal minutes to cable car station to catch a cable car to the Giant Buddha.

To Tsim Sha tsui, you can take subway Tung CHung line to Lai King and transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to TST.

As for the Promenade, do you refer to Grand Promenade Tower. If so, you can take Tung CHung line to HK Station/Central, where transfer to Island Line to Sai Wan Ho. Get out from Exit 1, and you will see Tower 1.

Oh, I know, I think you may mean the one where the Star of Avenue located near the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Station. This promenade is close to the Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower, used to refer to Former Kowloon-Canton Railway Clock Tower.
From the Buddha, you can take the JNgong Ping 360 to reach Tung Chung Station where you can take the Tung Chung Line to reach Nam Cheong Station and then you can change to West Rail Line to reach East Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Then you can walk to reach the places nearby.
