replacing chinese passport in uk

My wife has indefinite leave to remain in UK but needs to replace her Chinese passport, it is full. Can she apply for a replacement in UK?

Yes, she can apply passport renewal in person from Chinese embassy or consulate in UK. Original and copy of her UK visa or residence permit are required for this application. To save time, she is suggested to download passport application form their website and fill it up before visit.
