Where can I find a schedule for buses from Shantou to Nanshan or Shekou

As far as I know, there is only one bus to Shekou, Nanshan area and the bus maybe around 16:30. It is suggested to go to the local bus station to confirm it.
It is suggested to take the direct buses to reach Luohu or Qiaoshe Bus Station or the Futian Bus Station and then take local subway to reach Shekou.
