where is vip the longe in Hongqiao Railway Station

i also want the same question as bob asked that where is the vip lounge there in railway station . are we allowed to enter it and travel in the vip class in bullet trains . please if anyone knows so reply me please as i have to hand this information to my family relative who live's in SH as he need's to travel in the bullet rain and he is a big fan of it .
