can I mail baby formula to friends in china

need to mail 2 tins of baby formula every 3 weeks for friends.can you please give me information on how to send. please

Yes, you can, but you cannot post a lot. For the regulations, I suggest you go and consult your local post office. They have detailed regulations I guess.
