About:Chinese Embassy in Iran

Attending congress

I'm going to attend a medical congress, I have poster presentation in congress and the invitation letter has been emailed to me as .pdf file. I wounder if it would be enough or to receive it by post. is necessary. what other document is required?

Generally, it is ok for application, you can print it out for application. Make sure the invitation include inviter's signature and company stamp. Sometimes, round-trip ticket, hotel booking and financial support are required if consular officers deem them necessary.
