Citizenship and Visa

I'm the great granddaughter of Yap Tauco and Joaquina Fernando from their son Felipe Fernando from their son Felipe Fernando Yap also known as Felipe Fernando.My grandfather, Felipe Fernando married my grandmother, Marta David Timbol. They separated sometime in 1933. Two sons, Enrique and Pedro Timbol Fernando were raised in China by our chinese relatives.5 children were raised by my grandmother in the Philippines including my father.My grandfather used his Moms surname. So it was used down the line. We carry the surname of our great grandmother.How can we apply for one in China if we don't know the whereabouts of our uncles and their family?Can we apply for chinese citizenship base on DNA?

It doesn't matter if you don't konw whereabouts of your uncle and family. You just need to provide all the documents required and then wait for your visa. You will be granted with one according to your purpose of visiting China.

You can not use DNA to apply for the citizenship. Instead, you need to meet some requirements. Generally speaking, it is not easy to get the approval.
