Travel guidance for industry cities in China

WE are 2 persons on a business trip to china. we would like to stay in shanghai from there go to two industries in Shandong province, 1 in Luoyang, 1 in jiangsu nanjing, one in changzhou, 1 industry in Qingdao, 1 in Xiamen.

Normally we shall need 4 hours per industry for discussions, rest would be travel time.

Can you guide us for:
What should be the Itenery?
What Should be the best mode of movement? Car/Bus/Train/Flight?
Where all to stay? 3 star facility is ok with us.
