Where can I find these kind of shoes Canvas shoes, converse shoes,toms shoes and what are the prices in the wholesale markets?

There are many shoes city along South Jiefang Road and the fare for ordinary canvas shoes is around 30 to 40RMB.
If you want to converse and toms shoes, it is may be high. Besides, I did not say the wholesale of those kinds of shoes in the city.

the classic style Toms shoes price is about RMB28
