I NEED ANSWER

Hi, it is ok for him to apply in Ghana if he live there. Following documents are required:
1. Physical examination for foreigners with one white background passport size picture.(must be attested at the court)
2. Photocopy and original passport valid for more than six (6) months and must have at least two (2) blank pages.
3. Personal bank account statement of students supporting themselves financially which should be current for at least six (6) months and must be attested at the court.

or, A letter of sponsorship if students are being sponsored financially, a photocopy of either sponsor's passport, voters ID card or driving license, photocopy and original of sponsor's bank statement current for at least six (6) months and attested at the court.

4. Original and photocopy of previous school certificate
5. A completed visa application form with one white background passport size picture.
