VOA for Croatian, entry point Shanghai PVG

We have the following case here: Croatian businessmen, living in Germany with a permant residence permit in Germany, has been invitited to China for cooperation talks June 2nd to 6th by the Vice President of Lianyungang Economic and Development Zone. We have an official invitation letter.
