I have to reach the airport at 6.45 a.m. for a flight at 8 a.m. Is there a bus departing at 6 a.m. and from where shall I board the Airport Shuttle bus? Thank you

Well, the first bus leaves around 05:30. By taking that, you may reach the airport by 06:45. Here are the aboard stops: From Wulinmen Aviation Ticketing Office, Zhongshan Hotel and Chengzhan Railway Station (local main train station).
