Is it possible to visit the part of the Chinese Great Wall where it meets the sea? Is it available for tourists? If yes, where to start and how to get there?

Yes, it is possible. You can go to the Laolongtou in Qinhuangdao. The Laolongtou is avaible for tourists.
You can reach Qinhuangdao first and then take a taxi to reach Laolongtou Attraction directly.
